  IMG_1975.JPG - In retrospect, I look at this photo and imagine the process of constructing such a statue. In a few days we will visit the studio of Antonio Canova in Possagno, near Padova. Canova's studio contains only the plaster models of his work. Looking back to Barcelona, we toured the model studio for Sagrada Familia which is still active with artisans involved in the completion of this work. And then... after completion, just how do these works of art, get here and remain intact.
