  IMG_1587.JPG - These special Polenta are typical to Bergamo Alta. A sweet dessert... Polenta E Osei Bergamo's unique Italian cake . Osei is (bird) and describes the sweet surprise. It was a pleasant surprise to find that beneath the sugar coated polenta-look-a-like top layer, there was a soft and light sponge cake beneath. It was an even better surprise to find that within that light sponge cake, there was a delicious chocolatey-hazelnut cream.
